vanue.nl strives to deliver all products within 1 to 2 business days. The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In some rare circumstances, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. vanue.nl is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Orders can be returned by vanue.nl for various reasons, including: failed payment, incorrect address, order not picked up at the post office, etc. In the event that an order is cancelled (and refunded), the customer will be contacted.
Special additional customs clearance charges and/or import duties are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.
