Return Policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at vanuedm@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
(Return) shipping costs are not eligible for reimbursement and are at your own expense.
To be eligible for a return, your ordered item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in the original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable products such as food, plants, perfumes and toiletries
- Personal products that require a hygiene guarantee at the time of sale and whose hygiene seal has been broken, such as jewellery, underwear, socks and cosmetics.
- Personalized products and made to order products
- Any product that is used, returned without original packaging or tags, or is returned in an unsellable condition. Defective items must be returned in their original packaging.
Damages and problems - Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can resolve the problem for you.
Swap - To exchange your ordered item, you must first submit a return request for the product you wish to exchange. Once the return has been accepted, you can reorder the desired item via our webshop.
Refunds - We will let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and process the refund.
